Why IICRC?

IICRC is an American National Standards Institute that is responsible for overseeing the development of national census standards. IICRC works with industry leaders within the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries to provide technicians with the highest level of training and education. Joey Pickett, MTC, MWR, SCI

With over 43 years industry experience as a master cleaner, restorer, inspector, and as an IICRC approved instructor in water, carpet,
upholstery, and odor related certifications. He has been an active member of several standards committees and has served as chairman of the CCT & UFT technical advisory committees.

CCT Certification

The Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course is designed to teach the art and science of carpet cleaning to professional service providers.

OCT Certification

The Odor Control Certification course covers olfaction & odor, odor sources, detection process, odor control, chemical options & applications.

WRT Certification

The Water Damage Restoration Technician course is designed to teach restoration personnel a better concept of water damage effects and techniques.

UFT Certification

The Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician course covers fiber identification, upholstery cleaning methods,and potential problems.

WFMT Certification

The Wood Floor Maintenance Technician course teaches all procedures, equipment, and materials required in wood floor maintenance.

FSRT Certification

The Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course focuses on procedure for completing the restoration of a fire damaged environment.

Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Certification Course

March 28-29th from 8am-5pm

This 2-day course is offered both LIVE online and in-person. Manuals included for both classes. In-person refreshments and catered lunch. Seating is limited. Reserve your spot now!

This class provides an overview of the skills necessary to professionally and efficiently process residential carpet cleaning. It is ideal for those just starting or seasoned professionals seeking IICRC certification. The course is taught with a combination of lecture, power point and cleaning demonstrations.

Odor Control Technician (OCT) Certification Course

March 30th from 8am-5pm

This is a 1-day course includes manuals and catered lunch. Seating is limited. Reserve your spot now!

The Odor Control Technician course covers olfaction and odor, odor sources, detection process, theory of odor control, equipment, chemical options and applications. This student will learn how to address odors caused from biological sources such as decomposition, urine contamination, and mold, combustion sources such as fire and smoke damage, and chemical sources such as fuel oil spills or volatile organic chemicals.

Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification Course

April 25-27th from 8am-5pm

The Water Damage Restoration course demonstrates knowledge to perform remediation work and an understanding of water damage, its effects, and techniques for drying structures. Upon achieving this certification, you demonstrate you have the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows, and contamination such as mold.
