RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNET SALES

You have 14 calendar days from the time your product arrives to return your item for a full refund.  All returned items must be in the same condition as was sent to you.  No item will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or aged.  All sales are final after 14 days. There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the product for all returned items.

Please contact us at returns@bitechenterprises.com or 1-614-863-4346 to arrange for your return.  We will email you shipping information for you to return your purchase.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund within 30 days of receipt.  If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us.
