As an IICRC Certified Firm, we provide teams the ability to attend certification courses both in person and online to learn or refresh concepts and procedures regarding cleaning, inspection and restoration. Why IICRC?
IICRC is an American National Standards Institute that is responsible for overseeing the development of national census standards. IICRC works with industry leaders within the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries to provide technicians with the highest level of training and education. Joey Pickett, MTC, MWR, SCI
With over 43 years industry experience as a master cleaner, restorer, inspector, and as an IICRC approved instructor in water, carpet,
upholstery, and odor related certifications. He has been an active member of several standards committees and has served as chairman of the CCT & UFT technical advisory committees.
Roy Reichow
Roy brings over 40 years experience in the wood floor industry as a contractor, consultant, inspector and educator. He founded 2 companies and works with manufacturers to review and revise installation and warranty guidelines.

CCT Certification
The Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course is designed to teach the art and science of carpet cleaning to professional service providers.

OCT Certification
The Odor Control Certification course covers olfaction & odor, odor sources, detection process, odor control, chemical options & applications.

WRT Certification
The Water Damage Restoration Technician course is designed to teach restoration personnel a better concept of water damage effects and techniques.

UFT Certification
The Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician course covers fiber identification, upholstery cleaning methods,and potential problems.

WFMT Certification
The Wood Floor Maintenance Technician course teaches all procedures, equipment, and materials required in wood floor maintenance.

FSRT Certification
The Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course focuses on procedure for completing the restoration of a fire damaged environment.

Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification Course

The Water Damage Restoration Technician course is designed to teach restoration personnel that perform remediation work to give them a better concept of water damage, it’s effects and techniques for drying of structures. This course will give residential and commercial maintenance personnel the background to understand the procedures necessary to deal with water losses, sewer backflows, and contamination such as mold.

This course is offered both Online & In-Person. Online students are required to have access to a computer / laptop with a camera & microphone and a strong internet connection. Student will be required to provide a copy of their Photo ID when submitting payment for the certification test to IICRC.

Wood Floor Maintenance Technician (WFMT) Certification Course
October 26 & 27th from 8am-5pm

If you are currently a carpet cleaning technician, in the janitorial industry, claim agent or a flooring distributor and wanted to expand
your knowledge and services to include wood floor maintenance, this course is for you! The WFMT course teaches basic understanding of wood science, wood floor finish types, and proper care and maintenance.

Odor Control Technician (OCT) Certification Course

The Odor Control Technician course covers olfaction and odor, odor sources, detection process, theory of odor control, equipment, chemical options and applications. This student will learn how to address odors caused from biological sources such as decomposition, urine contamination, and mold, combustion sources such as fire and smoke damage, and chemical sources such as fuel oil spills or volatile organic chemicals.

Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Certification Course

Emphasis is placed on practical application, identifying fiber, yarn and carpet constructions, style types and finishes, soiling conditions, cleaning science and methodology, and other issues and concerns faced by individuals who maintain and clean installed broadloom carpet with a residential and light commercial emphasis.
